I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Augusta State University (now Augusta University). I have been providing mental health services since 2013 and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
My approach to therapy is to be non-judgmental and supportive and I only use therapy practices which are shown through research to be effective. In particular, I utilize ACT principles with clients. I encourage clients to feel empowered to make beneficial changes in their lives and I value collaboration in a therapy relationship.
I love living in Augusta. I like to spend my spare time with my family, reading, baking, and learning arts and crafts.
